Do you work with self-employed clients?

Yes. Services can include Schedule C preparation, business-expense reporting, self-employment tax, and estimated-tax calculations.

Do you help with rental properties?

Yes. Rental services can include Schedule E reporting, depreciation, repairs and improvements, short-term rentals, and property sales.

Do you handle IRS and state notices?

Yes. Notice work is scoped separately based on the notice, deadline, records, and level of representation required.

Do you help with sales tax registration, filings, or audits?

Yes. Sales tax work can include selected state registrations, return filings, notice responses, audit support, and multi-state reviews. The jurisdictions, periods, records, and exact work are confirmed in writing before services begin.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the filings and work required. You receive the expected scope and fee before work begins. If the scope changes, we discuss it before performing additional work.
